Now that we have finished(I hope), all of the many, many changes that have been made to our itinerary, grade of hotel, tours, sights, Rail Passes etc etc .
I’d just like to say thank you for patience and tolerance in dealing with us. If it was me I would have given up long ago, but you persevered and managed to fulfil all our requirements. In addition you were a very knowledgeable source of information about the places and sights, transfers hotels and passes we needed, which enabled us, I think, to greatly improve what we initially started with. You’re an asset to your company.
