Just letting you know that I received the paperwork yesterday.  I am very impressed with the professionalism of JTB (and you) with setting up the documents and the extra items they get.  Can I possibly trouble you to send me an attachment of just the JTB hotel docs please as some clients (not in Hobart) would like them emailed to them.  Cheers Takuma.
