Just wanted to say thank you for organising the tickets. They were there ready at the hotel.
(The hotel staff were very efficient in all respects too).
 
The concert (Loud Park 2011, Saitama Super Arena) was fantastic, so I’ll most likely be calling on your services next year (and the years after that).
And maybe if any other concerts pop up in the meantime (holidays permitting!).
 
So a big thanks to you, and the staff at JTB.
It was all stress free, so for that I am very grateful.
