Advance Ticket (One-Day Ticket)

One entry allowed from the opening day (13th of April) to 26th April 2025

Infant tickets 0-3 years are FREE – please email us with your booking number and let us know how many infant tickets to add to the order sydres.au@jtbap.com

*The limitation of the number of available tickets is under consideration

After purchased the Ticket ID with JTB, you need following steps

STEP 1: Purchase Ticket through JTB Australia & receive your Ticket ID
You will receive a PDF with Ticket ID (10 codes including letters and numbers) by email in your final documentation from JTB Australia (1 x unique Ticket ID Per Person).

STEP 2. Register your Ticket ID on the official Expo site yourself and obtain an Expo ID
– You MUST register for an Expo ID to book your exact visit and time.  
– You MUST register using your Australian residential address (NOT where you are staying/residence in Japan).
– Please note: Children under 3 years are free, however ticket ID is also required. Please add an additional registration when reserving your visit for them.

STEP 3. Book admission date, time, pavilions, events, exhibitions etc yourself 
– Details of each service and how to book will be announced at a later date – please check the official Expo website for full and up to date details. 
– Pavilion applications will be drawn by lottery 2 months and 7 days before admission. Furthermore, you can apply for a vacant space from 3 days before admission.
– You will receive an e-ticket with QR code for entry. This is your actual entrance ticket.

STEP 4. Admission
Visit the Expo site on your booked date and time.
