Enjoy soaking in premium quality hot springs at Hakone’s most popular and oldest hot spring town. Enjoy a guided 1-day tour that takes you to majestic Mt. Fuji and Hakone. It includes a trip up to Mt. Fuji’s 5th Station at an elevation of 2,300 meters, a cruise on pristine Lake Ashi, and a ride on the Komagatake Ropeway which boasts great views of the surrounding Hakone National Park. After hotel check-out on day 2, use the Hakone Free Pass for sightseeing in Hakone.

Day 1 Tokyo – Mt Fuji – Hakone

08:10~ The tour meeting point is Keio Plaza hotel in Shinjuku 
Please finish checking in and be at the meeting location at least 15 minutes before departure. (Check-in Reception Time: 7:40 – 8:10)
[Access to Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo (Shinjuku)] 
– 5 min on foot from Shinjuku Station West Exit (JR lines).
– 5 min on foot from Shinjuku Station (Keio Line, Odakyu Line, and Marunouchi and Toei Shinjuku subway lines).
– Immediate access from Exit B1 of Tochomae Station (Toei Oedo Line)

Head to Mt Fuji Area by bus 

Mt. Fuji 5th Station (30 min)
The bus will head up to the 5th Station along the Subaru Line. The 5th Station is situated at 2,300 meters (7,546 ft) above sea level. At this height, participants will be amazed at spectacular, breathtaking views from above the clouds.
Lunch (50 min)

Enjoy a Japanese-style meal (with tea/coffee).
During the meal, there will be a wadaiko (Japanese drum) performance, one of Japan’s traditional arts performed by the Social Welfare

Lake Ashi Cruise (15 min)
This crater lake along the southwest wall of the caldera of Mt. Hakone was formed by a powerful volcanic eruption nearly 3,000 years ago, and provides postcard views of Mt. Fuji towering 30 km northwest. Admire the superb view of Mt. Fuji from aboard a ship.

Mt. Komagatake Ropeway (50 min)
Take a 7-minute ropeway ride to the peak of Mt. Komagatake. A total of 50 minutes will be spent here, including time to walk around at the peak. Take a cableway ride up to the spiritual Hakone Shrine Mototsumiya (original shrine) that nestles at the mountaintop.

Travel to your Hakone Hotel
Depart from Hakone-en by bus or taxi and go to your hotel. Guide service ends at this point.

DAY 2 Hakone – Tokyo

Free Day. Use your Hakone free pass to use the following types of transportation.  

1. Hakone Tozan Line
2. Hakone Tozan Bus (designated service area)
3. Hakone Tozan Cable Car
4. Hakone Ropeway
5. Hakone Sightseeing Cruise Pirate Ship
6. Odakyu Hakone Highway Bus (designated service area)
7. Numazu Tozan Tokai Bus (designated service area)
8. Kanko Shisetsu-Meguri Bus (Tourist-Facilities Round Bus) (Operated by Hakone Tozan Bus)

The guide will not accompany the tour on day 2. On day 1 you will receive a 2-day Hakone Free Pass and a Kodama Shinkansen ticket (reserved seat) for the return trip from Odawara Station to Tokyo Station.

19:00~ Odawara Station
Head to Odawara Station on your own and board the Shinkansen. The train will first stop at Shin-Yokohama and Shinagawa Stations.

19:40~ Tokyo Station
Package will conclude at Tokyo Station.
