Watch a real sumo morning practice at a sumo stable

With this program you will be able to watch a real sumo morning practice at a sumo stable. See and feel the impact of the sumo wrestlers tackling into each other. After the practice we are sure you will learn the hardships that the wrestler goes through to become a pro sumo wrestler. Once the practice is over, you will have time to take pictures with the wrestlers, who knows that sumo wrestler may one day be the next Yokozuna.

Due to there being many sumo stables in Tokyo, the meeting point will not be disclosed until 1 week prior to the travel date.
Depending on the season, especially Spring and Autumn, during peak time, the meeting point may take longer to be decided.
Please understand if this is the case, but the meeting point will be disclosed before you go.
The meeting time on the booking site and the voucher is TENTATIVE and APPROXIMATE. The assigned sumo stable will inform us of the actual meeting time a week before, and then we will give you updates on the exact meeting time by email or message board. Activity requires sitting for long periods of time on the floor
Conditions depend on sumo stable's schedule and can only be confirmed about one week before. Tournaments are held in other months and thus, the stable is closed. Exact dates vary each year
Ending time of practice varies every day
Duration will be between 60 to 150 minutes
During sumo tournament season in Tokyo in January, May, September, (around 15th~25th), practice duration will be between 30 min to 40 min. Duration is not usual but price will be same.
You can present either a paper or an electronic voucher for this activity.
