We enjoyed everything about Japan

Thursday, September 15th, 2011
We enjoyed everything about Japan so beautiful and the people  wonderful and helpful at all times.

The JR PASS WAS THE WAY TO GO very easy to use compared to London Paris and Shanghai. We departed from Osaka to Tokyo stayed for a few hours returned on a earlier train as it was very hot no problem to change the ticket on the same day at short notice.

For mature clients Japan is a safe place to travel and it is much cheaper than here.

Food was interesting and the baking super equal to PARIS. Except the prices were again much less than here or Paris.

We cannot wait to return as the 8 days was a birds eye view.

When we return again we would use the JR PASS AND WOULD NOT DREAM OF USING ANYTHING ELSE. Plenty of English signage at the stations and on the trains . How I wish we have JR RAIL HERE.

We do a lot of travel and JAPAN HAS  IT ALL FOR YOUNG OR MATURE TRAVELLERS.

I would like to say how nice the ladies of Japan dress more English than the English at all times.

Thanking you

They could not have represented JTB any better than they did

Thursday, September 15th, 2011
Dear Olivia,

I would like to take this opportunity to thank yourself and JTB for a magnificent Tour through Central Honshu.
Please pass on my appreciation of the organisation and conduct of our Tour, to your principals, and I would especially like to mention the Ladies who looked after us whilst on Tour. Their demeanour and most pleasant outlook made travelling a pleasure and they could not have represented JTB any better than they did on our Tour.

Japan is a beautiful country and I can only hope that the number of tourists increase in the near future as there were no problems for us, in respect to the Tsunami, at any stage and although I am told there were a number of minor earthquakes in the Tokyo region whilst we were there, we did not feel them.

Once again thank you for your assistance in making our Tour, of a small part of Japan, an experience that will stay with us for a long, long time.

Kind Regards

Alan

I had the time of my life!

Friday, September 9th, 2011
Hi Noriko

I had an amazing time at both concerts! Concerts in Japan are definitely different to Australia!
I went to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and I had the time of my life!
It was sooooo hot!! Especially at the concerts!

Our tickets were ready for us at the hotel. To be honest we almost forgot to ask about them!!

In Osaka, the trains were quite hard, we ended up finding some people who were also going and they helped us to get there.
But in Tokyo the trains were alot easier.

The Springs Makuhari was actually quite nice! I didn’t really think of it much more then as a place to sleep, but I was surprised.
Not hugely English speaking though. and no minibar or room service.

I also really enjoyed the Kyoto Special Night …. I would highly recommend it.

I was very happy with my arrangements, I didn’t have a problem at all!
Thanks so much again :)  I will definitely use you guys in the future for Japan! :)

My Best Regards
Hayley

Hi Noriko,

Just wanted to thank you all. My passengers had a great trip and they are saying in last 20 years they haven’t had a trip like this. It was spot on!!!

I even got some handmade kimonos and sun umbrella (I hope I spelled it correctly).

Thanks again and I hope to deal with you in the future.

Cheers,
Gorica

Wonderful trip to Japan

Friday, August 5th, 2011
Dear Yoshi and Kieran,

Well we are back from our Japan trip and I wanted to drop you a line to thank you for all your help in organising our wonderful trip to Japan.

Our accommodation was lovely – plenty of room for all of us and the staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times.

It was easy to get around on the train system – not long to wait if we missed a train.  We found everyone in Japan so polite and courteous and we had a great time exploring Tokyo and surrounds.   Disneyland and Disney Sea Resorts were both heaps of fun – plenty of great rides and the girls really enjoyed getting photos with all the characters.  The Ghibli Museum was also very interesting and well worth a look.  We also had a look at Tokyo Tower.

It was a shame we didn’t have enough time to see more of Japan, like Kyoto, we just simply ran out of time.  We hope to be able to get back there some day as we really enjoyed what this lovely country has to offer.

We will certainly be telling our friends to book through your company if they are ever planning a trip to Japan.

This trip really was a prize of a lifetime and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute and have come back with a lot of wonderful memories.

Thank you so much – we really appreciate all your help and efforts in making this trip happen!

Kind Regards,

Janelle, Denis, Jayden and Maddison

One of the Most Fascinating Countries

Tuesday, July 12th, 2011

Hi Lisa

I am now back from my travels in Japan – truly one of the most fascinating countries we have visited, and we were totally enamored with both the country and its people.

The rail passes were great – so easy to use and definitely good value. The train system in Japan is amazing – so efficient and a great way to get around.

Thanks so much for assisting with my booking and answering all my questions – I really appreciate it.

Best wishes

Melissa

Dear Olivia,

I know that Lorraine has already sent you an e-mail describing how well the trip around Hokkaido has gone. We fully endorse her comments!

In addition, we want to let you know that the arrangements that you made for us personally – JAL trips between Osaka Kansei and Sapporo Chitose, and overnight accommodation at the Bellevue Garden Kansei Airport Hotel – all went according to plan. We were very pleased with the services offered and would like to that you for making the arrangements and helping to make our trip a great and memorable success :-)

Kind Regards,
Eileen and Mike

Most enjoyable time

Monday, May 23rd, 2011
Dear Olivia,

I was wondering if you could pass on the following comments/ review to JTB in Hokkaido?

We have just spent the most enjoyable time with two wonderful people helping us understand and come to love this amazing island of Hokkaido. Our bus driver, Kumada San was always extremely courteous, kept the bus impeccably clean, impressed us with his careful, smooth and safe driving and his ready smile.

Suzuki Michiko San is amazing. Not only does she have very good English, she is extremely well researched and seems to be able to read our minds. We often start off with questions about the topic or sightseeing spot but before we can voice them, the answers come in her descriptions, which are clearly presented and very interesting. From the very beginning, we were impressed with her excellent manner, her kindness, patience and willingness to help as best she can. We learnt so much, not just about the sights we visited, but about what it is like to live in this land of long winters. We came away with a better understanding of the culture of the peoples of Hokkaido, even some of the stories and songs. It was sad to say goodbye to a lovely person, whom we came to look upon as a newfound friend.

With Kumada-san and Suzuki-san we had the best team in Hokkaido. Thank you to all involved in making this possible.

Lorraine
