They came into store to thank me, and I’d told them throughout the whole booking process that you were the best, so now they agree! They were super thankful, and very impressed with how smooth everything went, and your suggestions eg, sending on their luggage so they could take just overnight bags when needed.

They were super super happy all round – they said “please thank Clement, he did an awesome job” :-)

Honeymoon to remember!

Hi Clement!

It was AMAZING!!!! Such a beautiful resort. All the staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The food was superb! The services available at the resort were good too. You could have dinner in your PJ’s! I mean come on, how cool is that. Of course the highlight was the hot springs. The views were beautiful, and oh so relaxing!!! Ahhhhh…I’m imagining I am there now!! IF only huh!? Anyway as you can tell we loved it. Definitely the highlight of our trip. It was good that it was towards the end of our holiday too. It ensured that we were extra relaxed before coming home. I think 3 nights there is plenty too, any longer and you may get a little bored. But thats just me. I can’t sit still for long.

Thank you for the special seating allocation

I wanted to THANK YOU very much for looking after the excellent seats and flights you arranged for both us on our trip to Costa Rica via USA.

The special seating allocation you booked for us was wonderful. We actually got Business Class on 2 of the American Airlines flights and on the other 2 AA Flights we got exit row seats with extra legroom.

Great Flights.. Great Seats… Thank you ! AND our Business Class JAL flights were all perfect as well. We upgraded using JAL points !

Beyond her Duty

Dear Ms Hardy

I understand you are Eri Tamai’s manager. I would like to bring your attention to the quality of the service Eri has provided me.

Eri has been assisting with my Japan travel plans. As we will not be joining any guided tours, the itinerary has had to be put together from scratch. The fact that this is my first trip to Japan also did not help. However, Eri’s approach to the whole exercise has been exceptionally professional and dedicated. Not only did she help us with the itinerary, she also assisted us with a number of things beyond her duty. She certainly took the trouble away from me (which I greatly appreciate).

I have visited all your other competitors before settling with JTB. I can say that none of the other consultants were as dedicated or knowledgeable as Eri.

I will have no hesitation in recommending Eri’s service to all my friends. It is a credit to your organisation to have such a well experienced and dedicated staff member.

Hi Kathy.

Just thought I would send you a quick note to say thank you again for a great trip. As always Kathy and the crew from JTB did everything in their power to make sure we enjoyed ourselves and the trip was as hassle free as it could be. Kathy thank you for your time and effort, especially in arranging the trip to Sha Tin race course for the thirty or so people that wanted to go. It was the quickest and easiest I have ever got in and out of a race track anywhere, it was a great day enjoyed by all. You are one of the main reasons we enjoy and look forward to the MHI trips.
Can you please pass onto your boss our sincere thanks and gratitude for making it possiable to take these trips and spent time with alot of people we have become not only bussiness associates with, but friends for life.

Very Impressed with JTB Service

Dear Yoshie,

We’re back home from our holiday in Singapore and Japan last week.

We were very impressed with the JTB service. A JTB representative is always there to meet us at every train arrival as well as to send us off at every train departure to ensure that we have boarded the right train safely, etc. We took the Nozomi Bullet Train from Kyoto to Tokyo. Wow, so fast and accurate. The train system is also very good. We should use it here in Melbourne.

Japan is a very nice country, clean, and the people are very courteous. The people are always willing to assist us even if they don’t speak very good English.

Thank you very much for all your assistance and service in making our holiday in Japan a wonderful experience.

I attach three photos of our trip, one taken at Mt Fuji (5^th Station), the second at Tokyo Tower and the third one Russell and I with Hachiko (the dog) at Shibuya.

Please tell the JTB management in Japan that we were very impressed with their service and we wouldn’t hesitate recommending the service to others who are thinking of travelling to Japan.
