Hi team,
My clients have just come back raving about the guide of their Mt Fuji day tour.
The guide on the day (14/4/14) was amazing and they have nothing but praise.
Kind regards,
Sianne
Hi Clement,
My name is Ashlee and I am a new consultant with Flight Centre.
I know people are the first to jump on the complaints bandwagon these days, so I am more than happy to pass on my gratitude to one of your consultants, Antonia. She has been the most helpful consultant I have dealt with, from any company so far!
Antonia has been attentive, informative and very patient with my lack of knowledge. She has helped me to build up confidence on selling a package for Japan to very particular customers.
I will be booking with JTB again, thanks to her!
I hope you can pass on my acknowledgement to her, as she is a fantastic asset to your business.
Thank You,
Kind regards, Ashlee
Hi Clement,
I hope you are well. I have recently been dealing with Antonia who has helped me with a booking for one of my VIP clients heading to Japan. I just wanted to let you know how fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable she has been throughout the last few weeks. From the moment I spoke with her, she has been eager to help and nothing is too much trouble for her. I am not too familiar with Japan but she has made everything so easy for me and of course my clients. She is a great asset to your company and I look forward to asking for her help the next time I need to send someone to Japan.
Please pass on my thanks to her.
Warm Regards, Liz
Dear Takuma
I would like to thank you for all your hard work in making our Japan tour a success.
Judy, our owner, said that everything was perfect and your guides were excellent.
We would like to thank you and advise we look forward to working with you in the future on next years tour.
With kind regards, Carly
This tour was excellent. The flights were good and the seats you arranged were fine. We were very happy with the way the tour was organised in every respect. We were met at the airport by our guide and taken to our hotel, and everything was well organised and flowed beautifully. Great hotels, good food, sightseeing was well organised and we very much enjoyed the trains.Thank you for looking after us and we have been recommending you and the tour to anyone who will listen. Hope to deal with you again in the future.
Hi Koyomi
I just want to say that everything went really well on our trip. The hotels were all well chosen because of their proximity to the station, and for the facilities offered. The tours were all excellent and the tour guides very informative. I was very impressed by Japan and look forward to going back again in the future. The worst part of the trip was Sydney airport! If there is a way of getting to Japan from Melbourne I would be very happy
Regards, Kathleen
Hi Paul,
Just got into Tokyo, and back into the world of free hotel WiFi. The ryokans may be terrific, but wi-fi isn’t one oftheir strengths..
So far, it has been terrific! All connections worked really well. Everything is so much easier than when I was in Japan last time, about 100 years ago. Lots of English spoken; buses, trains, subways all do signs and announcements in English now. Before there was none of this, and it was quite baffling. Often got off at the wrong stops, and unable to ask anyone. Much general frustration.
Loved the onsen experience. Miyajima and Takayama were very good, but both places were full of foreign tourists. Arima…no-one in the English-speaking world seems to know about it, so we were the only foreigners in the ryokan, and two of the very few in the whole town.
Kosenkaku was a delight. We have never experienced anything quite like it…anywhere. The service was extraordinary, the food astonishing, the location peaceful with beautiful mountain views. Complete silence, other than the eating, hot tubbing, and sleeping. The whole hotel, from Manager down came out to fare well us. It was quite moving.
Also, Hiroshima and Tokyo hotels very good. So, very well done of the recommendations.
Regards, Ross
Hi Miyuki, I want to say that we are very happy with your company and we are especially happy with Aye and the service she gave us, nothing was too much trouble for her and she has a very happy and helpful nature. I will be using your company and going through Aye for travel to Japan in the coming years.
Thanks once again, Matt
Hi, I am just writing to give my feedback on Atsu Omori. I called this afternoon and asked for an urgent last minute booking for this weekend. I received a quote from him very quickly and he confirmed all the hotels for me. That is probably the quickest I have ever asked a wholesaler for a quote. He then got the documents to me quickly once the customer paid.
He has also added instructions on transport which will make it much easier for my clients. I have also used Atsu’s help once before where I had a cancelled tour and he helped me put together a difficult itinerary. Every time I have used Atsu, he has been quick and prompt and has always given me as much information as I have asked for. He makes my job much easier.
I am very pleased with his service and he is a good asset to your company.
Regards, Kelly
This review was taken from the JTB Australia Yelp Page
Picture a sweaty bald man hurtling down the street armed to the teeth with luggage (suitcase, laptop and camera backpack). Then throw into the mix the following phrase “If you go to Japan you need a Japan Rail Pass… Oh and you have to book them about 2 weeks in advance!”
It was with this knowledge that I approached JTB Travel at 1pm today. A mere 9 hours and change before my flight leaves for Japan. Upon entering the sparse reception I was greeted by the lovely Koyomi who immediately set my mind at ease.
The cost of the rail passes isn’t a surprise to anyone, they are $315 but they save you an absolute bomb in the long run. JTB only charge $5 to knock one over for you on the spot, and it takes only 10 minutes tops.
During that 10 minute wait Koyomi exceeded my expectations by bringing back 3 maps and highlighting the main train routes to a plethora of places I am interested in. She also pointed out the specific trains (they have names over there) that I would or wouldnt be able to catch with my railpass. She also threw in one or two suggestions of her own for me to check out. Apparently Michael Jackson shut down an entire shopping centre in one of the districts so he could fashion hunt till his hearts content.
All in all I left elated and really excited about my trip after I left JTB. To think I went in with trepidation and fear and exited with elation makes me smile :)

Dear Koyomi
Just a quick note to let you know that our trip to Japan was really great. Everything went like clockwork and all the accommodation was very central and comfortable. The tours were also very good except that it rained very hard when we went to Mt Fuji so we didn’t see anything!! We will have to do that again next time.
Thanks so much for all your help in organising such a marvellous trip.
Miriam
Dear Koyomi
Thankyou for your prompt action. I received our JR passes and tour voucher on Tuesday afternoon by express post. Thank you again for expediting so quickly as we depart on Sunday.
Regards, Ken
Hi Lily
We had a wonderful trip to Appi Kogen. The hotel, skiing and everything else was great. We are now planning for next year. Thank you for looking after my friend Sarah and her father (they have just been to Niseko and really enjoyed it).
Your colleague, Ryoko at Narita Airport gave us such wonderful treatment when we missed our flight to Beijing during the BIG snow storm at Narita. Her help was invaluable and her patience and assistance was beyond what we expected from Japan Travel. We made it to Beijing eventually on the Sunday night and enjoyed the trip to China. Please pass on to your boss and her boss just what a wonderful, helpful person she was who looked after us and made the night in the airport seem not too bad.
I will be in touch once we have decided whether we are going to Rusitsu or Niseko and when!
Once again the trip was most enjoyable.
Kind regards, Linda
