Dear Koyomi Just to let you know that my wife and I had a lovely trip to Japan last month! Thank you for your organisation! The accommodation in Shinjuku was central to everything and access to many restaurants was appreciated! We found JTB in the Ginza and organised a day trip to Fuji. The accommodation on our second trip back to Kyoto was a bit tired but staff were very helpful! We loved Naoshima and would love to travel to some of the other local islands! Thank you again! Dear Mika We have returned from a wonderful trip to Japan and I would like to congratulate you on putting together a very comprehensive itinerary that worked really well. The accommodation you booked was excellent and we particularly enjoyed the Green Hotel at Takayama. All the day trips we prepaid were excellent and we even managed to add a day trip to Kobe (from Kyoto) which capped off the wonderful holiday. I’m not generally one to write reviews, but, the tour guides and office staff both here in Australia and in Japan were absolutely fantastic! Just wanted to say a special thank you to Koyomi Suzuki, who made the booking process simple and trouble free, we really appreciated the promptness with which she answered any queries we had and advice that we required. Hello Mika, Helena and I would like to thank you for all of the wonderful arrangements you made for our holiday in Japan. All of the bookings were without issue which meant that we could just enjoy the experience. In regards to the accommodation, the Gracery Shinjuku was very comfortable and the area directly around the hotel provided endless options for food. The easy access to Shinjuku station also made it easy to get around. Hakone No Mori Okada was a great experience and although the room was a little dated the service and the food was exceptional. The Monterey in Yokohama was excellent with a large room and a view directly out over the harbor. We also appreciated the various extras like the Hakone free pass, suica card, and airport limousine. The seat allocation on the flights was great and made the journey very comfortable. The jetstar star class was a good way to travel. Thanks again! Leon and Helena

Dear John, A very belated Thank you from myself and my clients the SAVVA family did have an amazing time in Japan. Everything went really well. The Brighton was their favorite hotel.
