Note that there are two main airports in the Osaka area, Kansai International Airport (KIX) and Osaka Itami Airport (ITM)
Kansai International is about 50km south of Osaka on a man-made island, and Itami Airport is 10km north – being mostly a domestic airport.
There is also Kobe Airport (UKB) which is 30km away, but less busy than the other two.
