Learn how to make typical Hida dishes using fresh local ingredients, drawing on the food culture handed down through generations.The precise dishes made will vary depending on the season, with the exception of miso soup; no Japanese meals complete without that! After the cookery experience, guests can enjoy the fruits of their efforts. Typical menu: miso soup with seasonal vegetables, pan-fried chicken with cabbage, potatoes with egoma(perilla seeds) sauce and rice.
*Dinner option is available only for guests who stay at SATOYAMA STAY.
