WHAT KIND OF JAPANESE FOOD CAN I EXPERIENCE?


You will experience traditional Japanese home cooking. Japanese cuisines such as sushi and sashimi are so familiar, but Japanese people eat a number of different kinds of Japanese dishes at home and they are of course as delicious as the ones many of you know. Why don’t you discover them while you are visiting Japan!


WHO ARE THE TEACHERS?


Local Japanese who are knowledgeable about foods and are fluent in English are your teachers. They are all experts of Japanese home cooking and are also trained by our master chef Nakai.


I AM VEGETARIAN. CAN I ATTEND THE CLASS?


For our vegetarian customers, please be assured that all of the courses have vegetarian menu options available. Please request upon booking.


I CANNOT EAT GLUTEN


For gluten free customers, wheat ingredients and soy sauce is not used. Please request upon booking.


HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN ATTEND ONE CLASS?


Maximum 8 people per class.
