Hi JTB team,
I just want to express my appreciation and thanks to Lily Sugyono.
I am flying out to Japan on Monday (in 3 days) and unfortunately I did not purchase a JR pass early enough – I was unaware that obtaining a pass was not something that can be done quickly.
I contacted other agents/companies who advised me that due to such late notice, there was no way I would be able to receive my JR pass before Monday. The fact that it is Easter long weekend definitely also made this more difficult
When I called JTB and explained my situation, Lily kindly emailed me the forms for me to fill out and had my JR passes ready to be picked up within 3 hours of initial contact!
She told me they would be ready by 4pm, but I was only able to get them picked up before 2pm – she took this into account and prioritised getting this processed.
Due to her commitment – all my needs were satisfied and I am a very happy customer indeed.
Thanks again to Lily and the team, keep up the good work =D.
