Dear Sir/Madam

On behalf of my family I am just writing to thank JTB for organising our holiday to Japan that we returned from last week.   it was the most incredible experience where we travelled through an amazing country, immersing ourselves in the incredible culture and seeing some historic and beautiful sights.

The hotels that we stayed at, which were recommended were perfect for our needs, close to transport and places to eat and comfortable after a long day of exploring and the Japan Rail Pass was used to on many occasions and was so handy when we were travelling.

All our flights, day trips and everything else you organised worked out fantastically.

I would specifically like to thank Juliana Lee, who I dealt with through the whole booking process for her patience when arranging this holiday and for her professionalism, friendliness and first class service that she provided.

Juliana is a credit to your organisation and I would recommend her and your company to anyone wishing to arrange at trip to Japan.

I just wanted to let you know that Chris has been very helpful and wonderful with my booking.

As I had to change my itinerary partially in Scandinavia due to the change of Itinerary in Russia.

When I called him this morning, he said he had urgent things to do and flat out so I told him not to worry about it but still he managed to go through my enquiry so I would like to big praise for him,  he is excellent travel agent.

I have just returned from Greece but before that spent time in Japan on the 21 rail tour and extra time in Tokyo. Just wanted to say I had a great time. Everything was perfectly organised: the hotels, the tours the guide, the Nikko tour. I loved Japan and will definitely go back again. I just wanted to say thank you for your help with this booing for Doran and Lin. You made it so easy to get the booking over the line, and it’s great to actually get the tourist maps and info in the mail that I can pass on to the clients.

Hi Chris

Not sure if you remember you helped me with a booking for 2 couples doing the Kumano Kodu trek. They are back and are full of praise for the operators. Said they would highly recommend, the accommodation, guides, food and everything was first class.
