Hi Sunrise tours / JTB teams,

I just wanted to write to say a quick “thank you” for helping make my recent trip to Japan absolutely wonderful.

I booked several tours.   The tours all went smoothly. Each and every tour guide was professional, informative, organised and yet personable. Each guide was impressive!

In particular I would really like to recognise Yuki from Osaka 1-Day Bus Tour and Kyoto 1-Day Tour From Osaka with Lunch – Yuki was particularly knowledgable and had a fantastic sense of humour – each tour with Yuki went very quickly because Yuki made the tours so enjoyable! As a result I hope this quick email can be provided to her boss as a way of recognising Yuki’s work. On a personal level I would like to say “thank you” for the great tours and service provided!

We returned back from Japan all safe and sound and our students had a terrific time. As always thank you so much for your assistance with booking our trip. We are back and reality is sadly setting in. I just wanted to thank you for the work you did for us both before and during the trip, we both had an amazing time and I think it worked out perfectly! (Hayley would agree other than that one hotel)
