Hello

I have recently returned from a trip with my family (wife and three teenage children) to Japan.  The accommodation and internal transport aspects of that trip were organised through JTB, specifically by Suzuka Sakauchi. The purpose of this e-mail was just to let you know how delighted we were with all the arrangements made by JTB. Everything worked out well for us, such that we could just concentrate on enjoying Japan (which we did). Suzuka gave some good advice on travel, specifically about the use of the Suica cards for the first part of our stay in Tokyo and JR Pass for the rest, plus the hotel locations and their facilities chosen were all excellent.

In short, my family and I had a brilliant time in Japan and a major factor in that was how effective and trouble-free the JTB organised arrangements were. Please pass on our thanks to Suzuka and the rest of the team.

My flights to Japan went perfectly and I’m really enjoying Sapporo. Today I went to Otaru for a day trip. Lovely place.

We arrived from Japan today and it was an amazing experience, their culture is so different to Australias’ ! Me, my sister and mother all had so much fun at Universal Studios ! Accomodation and food was all great and so was sightseeing Kyoto, Osaka and Tokyo. Would love to go there again and once again, thank you for helping us organise our trip.
